The Czech Republic is a small country with a rich history, offering a great choice of fascinating and highly enjoyable cycling itineraries. The predominantly gently rolling landscape is criss-crossed by thousands of small roads with almost no traffic - perfect for carefree cycling.

Beautiful chateaus, romantic ruins, and pretty rustic villages abound here, always seeming to pop up just when a break seems like a good idea. The local fare offers great value for money and while the Czech beer probably needs no introduction, don't ignore the wine, particularly in Moravia which is quite superb!
