On this tour you will cycle on the banks of the beautiful Rivers Danube and Morava to some of the most beautiful parts of Western Slovakia, visit castles, vineyards, traditional wine cellars owned by the locals and taste some of the best Slovakian wines. You begin this trip in the the town of Pezinok, which is well known for its rich wine history. You then cross the Small Carpathian mountains close to Bratislava to join the Morava River towards one of the symbols of Slovakia, the Devin castle situated on the banks of the River Danube. The banks of the rivers provide an ideal cycling route with many places to stop for refreshments. The rich bird life also makes this area a truly unique place.  This tour also gives time to explore Bratislava, the jewel of Slovakia.

The itinerary is for 7 days and 6 nights but a further days cycling can be arranged from Bratislava towards Vienna to make this into an 8 day 7 night holiday.

This trip is self-guided but if there is a group of people we can arrange for a local guide to accompany you.
