This holiday could also be called the Swiss Wine Route, as it passes through some of the best wine growing areas in Switzerland. The trail is almost always flat but with head winds at times – rated easy, ideal for everybody including families with children. Combining the alpine scenery of the Rhone Glacier near Oberwald with the lush valley of the Rhone in the Valais and the famous "Swiss Côte d'Azur" along the Lake of Geneva, the route ends up in the international metropolis of Geneva.
This holiday is part of the Rhone Routel from Andermatt to Geneva, a total of 309 km. We can arrange to cover any part of this route. Call us for details.
