Arrival in Oranienburg which has a direct train connection with Berlin.
Your bike tour begins biking along the Oder-Havel-Canal to Liebenwalde. Here you can find a museum in a former prison. You'll continue along the Havel to the charming town of Zehdenick. You'll spend the night in Neuglobsow or Fürstenberg.
Today you will find your way to the town and lake of Stechlin which, through the writings of T. Fontane, plays a big role in many legends. Overnight in Neustrelitz.
A highlight of this tour is the amazing Müritz National Park, which is scattered with more than 130 lakes all surrounded by miles of paths and trails. Along the way is the small village of Ankershagen, where Schliemann, who discovered Troy, grew up. th a little luck you might see an eagle in this area. Overnight in the Waren area.
You will experience natural peace and relaxation as you cycle through the "Nossentiner Heide" (heide=heather) National Park. You will also bike through large forests on to Krakow am See.
A relatively short cycle ride today takes you to Güstrow, renowned for the artist, Barlach. A sightseeing tour in the Old Town and in the Barlach studio (atelier) is time well spent. Overnight in Güstrow.
Your entire day is spent cycling along the Bützow - Güstrow canal. En route you can take a train to Rostock (at your own expense). You will spend the night in Rostock. There is the possibility of an overnight in Güstrow during the Hansesail Regatta, which takes place from 11th to 14th August. Overnight in Rostock / Warnemünde.

You will take the train from Rostock main station to the harbour and board the ferry. The ferry ride takes 2 hours until you reach Gedser. After arriving in Denmark you will enjoy beautiful landscapes biking over dikes and through small forests along the best beaches of Falster. Overnight in Nykøbing.
Cycling along the coast and through easy terrain, you will reach the old merchant town of Stubbekøbing. It will be worth your while to browse around Stubbekøbing before taking the ferry to the island Bogø, where the ferry will make a quick stop. Continue on the ferry to the island Møn. This island has incredible steep chalk cliffs called "Møn Klint". On quiet country roads you can explore the small villages with their straw covered roofs, or find a beach to go for a swim in the Baltic Sea. Overnight in a comfortable country hotel.
You can choose to bike to Fakse, which is about 33 miles, or to Rödvig, approximately 43 miles. From either you can take the train to your final destination, Køge
You'll start the day biking over the bridge from Møn to Sjaelland. Over quiet country roads you'll bike through a coastal landscape heading north. Cottages, mansions, pastures, and farmlands decorate the landscape. Your hotel is near the harbor.
A part of today's route is on bike paths along the coast. But once you get to town, don't miss a visit to the museum of Modern Art in Ishöj. In our centrally located hotel in Copenhagen you can walk to all attractions. Don't forget to make a stop at Tivoli (an amusement park) or go for a drink near the old harbour. Overnight in Copenhagen.
End of the holiday and so time to make your way home.
