Transylvania is still largely undiscovered and enjoys scenery reminiscent of Europe 100 years ago. On this cycling tour you will explore the remote Saxon villages and their impressive fortified churches at the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains, and visit Bran castle, said to be one of the original abodes of the medieval king, Vlad the Impaler.

We can also offer the Castles of Transylvania tour as a fully guided tour in the company of an English-speaking guide who will be able to inform you of the local points of interest and help you with any translation that may be required. A minimum of 8 people would be necessary to operate this tour and the price will depend on the size of the group.
