The ViaJacobi forms part of the European Way of St. James and runs along the foot of the Alps from Lake Constance to Geneva - right through Switzerland. Treasures such as chapels, churches and hostels line the route, one after the other, offering a magnificent walking experience along with the varied cultural landscape.

The ViaJacobi runs primarily through the foothills of the Alps and the Swiss midland. The topography and height variations are not particularly challenging. Nevertheless, the length of the daily stages requires good general fitness.
