Individual arrival in Pt. Alcúdia.
One of the most beautiful paths stretch between the bay of Pollenca and Alcúdia. You follow the coast and climb a stunning rocky peak. On serpentine paths with stunning panorama views you cross soft hills back to Pt. Alcúdia.
Short transfer to Pollenca where you join the historic pilgrims path to Lluc. The high summits of Serra de Tramuntana are in full view as you walk up on the pass past Puig Tomir. Shady stone oak forests, orchards and rough meadows make up a varied landscape. A walk for the connoisseur through the botanical garden of the monastery completes the day's enjoyment.
In the morning transfer to Cuber Reservoir where you join a further stage of the pilgrims paths to Lluc. You walk high up into the Sierra and on passes down to Lluc. An interesting mix of countryside with high grass, rocks and crossings that resemble high alpine territory lay ahead of you. The sunny views of the rocky coastline and the fertile valleys are among the best sights Majorca has to offer. Return to the Lluc monastery for another overnight.
Today we walk past the Cuber Reservoir to the pass des L’offres and follow the weaving path up to Es Cornador where we can enjoy stunning views of the world famous terraced walk down to Sóller. We then continue on the path down through the idyllic gorge and the gardens of Sóller. Finally, we take the historic tramway to the coast to Pt. Sóller.
We begin today with a transfer to the artist’s colony of Deja, a gem of Majorca's west coast. The bay of Deja is the starting point for this stage along the rocky coast and up to the idyllic postal way to Sóller. A visit to an.historic olive oil mill, a taste of the freshly squeezed local orange juice and a walk through olive groves complete the day. Overnight in Pt. Sóller.
Take the nostalgic train through the valley of oranges (“Picking of oranges during the train ride is forbidden”) down to Palma. Enjoy this ride through the mountains of Tramuntana and down to the fertile plains of Palma. Then you have time for a promenade along the beach to the lively Playa de Palma. Take a stroll through the historic old town of Palma with its little alleys and the majestic cathedral.
