Level	Description
1	Easy, mainly low-level, very few ascents/descents, occasional long days
2	Generally easy, some ascents/descents, and occasional longer days up to approximately 11/12 miles
3	Moderate, on good paths, some long days and steeper ascents/descents
4	Strenuous, ascents/descents most days, distance of 10-15 miles
