Enjoy a rest day in the well-known resort Reit im Winkl.
Alternatively you can do the classic mountain walk, starting in Reit im Winkl to the summit of Fellhorn. As the name implies, the ridge is free of forest and covered by a “field” of alpine-roses.Day 6 (wednesday):

An upward hike through mountain forest to the alpine pastures of Hochplatte and Kampenwand enjoying stunning views of Lake Chiemsee. Follow the hiking path along the walls of Kampenwand. If you are sure-footed you can tackle the summit. Downhill you take the comfortable cable car to Lake Chiemsee.
