Explore the green heart of Italy as you tour through a unique and unspoiled region, passing gentle hills, mountain landscapes and rustic hilltop towns. As you pedal through green valleys and past cypress topped hills, you’ll see palaces, theatres and mountain monasteries. Expect a few gentle inclines to fully appreciate the views across tranquil blue lake waters and burnt orange sunsets, and look forward to the flowing descents that follow.

Each settlement you visit holds unique appeal, from the interlocked stone houses of Spello to the isolated tower at Torgiano – a peaceful village that makes a perfect place for a rest day. A region rich in culture, you can look forward to shopping for handicrafts and local artworks in bustling market towns, stopping off for a cool drink or enjoying delicious antipasti in authentic bars. Attracting five million visitors a year, Assisi is a vibrant town to start and finish your tour in and the perfect place to sit on a sunny terrace and reward yourself with a glass of local wine and delicious bowl of fresh pasta.
