What to expect
Designed for families, this easy-going tour follows the Gulf of Thailand to tranquil bays and two national parks. After a scenic train ride out of Bangkok, you’ll cycle along flat backroads and quiet coast routes, sleeping in welcoming beach hotels each night. The distances are child-friendly, kids’ bikes are available, and the support van is always on hand if anyone needs a break.
In Sam Roi Yot National Park, you’ll pedal beneath limestone peaks, hike past mangroves and take a boat trip to a royal throne hidden in a cave. The elephant conservation centre in Khi Buri National Park is always a highlight, and you can walk underwater at the aquarium on day four. After riding through the narrowest part of Thailand, you'll arrive in the beach town of Patio. From here, you could round-off your adventure with a ferry to Koh Samui or Koh Tao island.
