We're delighted to announce that Freedom Treks recently received the Feefo Gold Service award, an independent honour that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional service. This award is based on Freedom Treks customers rating the service that we provide as being of a very high standard.

Head of Freedom Treks Catherine Gray says, "We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised by Feefo for our customer service, with an average feedback score of 4.8 out of 5.0 in 2017. This score reflects the hard work that the whole Freedom Treks team dedicates to assisting our customers with their cycling holidays. We would like to thank everyone that took the time to provide us with independent feedback through Feefo, we love hearing about your experiences and your continued support helps us to work on constantly improving the service that we offer."

Speaking on this year’s award, Andrew Mabbutt, CEO at Feefo, commented: "The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that go the extra mile. Once again, we have seen many incredible businesses using Feefo to its full potential, to provide truly memorable experiences for their customers – and rightly being awarded with our most prestigious accreditation. I look forward to the continual success of the businesses that work in partnership with Feefo throughout 2018."

Feefo is a ratings and reviews platform that collects genuine, purchase-verified reviews on behalf of over 4,000 businesses. Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching it to a legitimate transaction; this is in order to combat the rising issue of fake reviews.

We're thrilled to start the 2018 summer season with such positive news and strive to continue delivering the same level of service for our customers. If you would like to see all of the independent reviews left by our customers, please see our customer reviews page.
