Refer a Friend

As you've been on a Freedom Treks holiday before, you already know the joy of discovering a new destination (or rediscovering an old one!) at your own pace by bike. We'd love for you to spread that joy to friends and family members who are new to cycling holidays and, as a thank you, you'll both receive £50 off your next booking.

Your friend simply needs to let us know that you referred them at the time of booking and they'll receive £50 off their first tour. Once they've booked and paid their deposit, you will then be able to claim £50 off your next booking too!

You don't need to book the same tour, and if they're not sure where they'd like to go, our team is on hand to provide advice and recommendations based on our own personal experience plus feedback from our customers. The discount is available on all holidays across our programme, take a look at our hand-picked collections of tours for inspiration.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The person making a referral ("the referrer") must have previously travelled with Freedom Treks.
  2. The person being referred ("the referee") must never have booked or travelled with Freedom Treks.
  3. The offer is valid for bookings for travel in 2024 only.
  4. The referee will receive £50 off the final balance of their first booking with Freedom Treks only. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
  5. The referee must provide the full name and one other piece of identifiable information (e.g. booking reference, email address, telephone number) of a previous Freedom Treks customer at the time of booking.
  6. The referrer will receive £50 off their next booking with Freedom Treks once the referee has booked and paid their deposit for their first booking.
  7. The referrer can apply the discount to a future booking already confirmed as long as they have not yet paid their final balance.
  8. The referrer may refer multiple new customers, but will only receive one discount per booking.
  9. The 'Refer a Friend' discount cannot be combined with any other discount unless at Freedom Treks' discretion.
  10. The 'Refer a Friend' discount is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the lead passenger on the booking.
  11. Freedom Treks reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Any discounts already confirmed will be honoured as agreed at the time of booking.
