Spend a week by the Vltava and the Elbe Rivers, cycling alongside their banks and sleeping on a traditional riverboat each night. Beginning and ending in the beautiful World Heritage city of Prague, you'll have plenty of time to experience this "Golden City" and its winding alleyways and cobbled streets. Your floating hotel, MS Florentina, will be moored close to the famous Charles Bridge in the Old Town.
Pedalling along the Vltava river, the Czech Republic's longest river, you'll meander past Baroque and Renaissance castles, pretty countryside with grazing cattle and numerous historic buildings embedded in green landscapes, before meeting the mighty Elbe River. The cycling is mostly on the flat with a few gentle inclines and is on a mix of asphalted cycle paths, country roads and unpaved trails through forests and fields.
