What to expect
See the very best of Holland come alive as you cycle the quiet paths between some of the country’s best-loved cities and sights. From the windmills of Zaanse Schans to the beautiful streets of Haarlem, Amsterdam’s canals to the red-brick houses of Volendam, this tour takes you to the heart of this charming country. Take time to try tasty cheese or pancakes, see clogs being made and explore fascinating museums.
Cycling distances on this tour are intentionally short to allow time for sightseeing, but time spent on the bike takes you along flat cycle paths through beautiful green countryside. If you’re thinking of travelling in April or May, there’s even the chance to extend your rides to see the stunning rows of colourful tulips that arrive in spring.

Another great trip with Freedom Treks for the 3rd year running. This year we chose Holland and was rather easy going as expected. Really enjoyed the Dutch who were very hospitable. Next year we'll look to test ourselves a bit more.Steve Pickard, UK, August 2018
