How to Choose and Book Your Cycling Holiday

Below is a set of easy steps for booking your next cycling holiday. If you are unsure of any part of the booking process, please contact us here.

1) How to Find the Right Tour For You

Use our website to select your tour or if you need any advice, please contact us and we'll help to find the right tour for you. You can select your tour based on destination or if you're unsure about where you want to go, narrow down your search further by visiting our 'All Tours' page where you can select a tour based on type of tour (Boat & Bike or Hotel & Bike, Self-Guided or Guided), cycling level or standard of accommodation.

2) When You're Ready to Book

Once you've decided which tour you would like, you have two options to place your booking with us:

Booking Online

On the relevant tour page, click the 'Book now' button or alternatively click on your chosen date and accommodation type using the tour calendar in the 'Dates & Prices' section. The next step is to enter your holiday details, passenger details and then progress to payment through Sage Pay, our secure online payment gateway (please note that we do not accept American Express).

Booking by Phone

Bookings are subject to availability.  Please wait for us to email you your personal confirmation invoice before making any other arrangements, such as flights, trains etc. The process of booking individual hotels usually takes around 2 working days or less (cabins on boats are usually quicker), but in some cases it can take a little longer. 3) How to Pay

A deposit is required to process a booking request. The payment will only be taken once we confirm your holiday for you. Your balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. If booking for travel departing within 10 weeks, then the full balance is due once we confirm your holiday.
