Starting in the beautiful Baroque city of Salzburg cycle through the Salzkammergut region, touring between ten glistening lakes surrounded by velvet green mountains. Look forward to easy river and shoreside cycling and rides past woodlands and reedy nature reserves, stopping off to try local cheeses in romantic lakeside towns.
You'll enter long green valleys with more undulating terrain, scattered with lakes, dominated by mountains and dotted with wooden chalets and church spires - including the church where Maria married Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music. At the UNESCO listed, salt mine village of Hallstatt, sloping roofs pop out from bottle-green banks and relaxing here with a cold drink or cooling off with a swim is just one of the serene memories you'll take home.
*£50 per person saving available on select tours when booked between 01 and 31 January 2026, subject to availability. Discount applies to adults aged 18+. Cannot be combined with any reduction or offer except Refer a Friend or Two Tour discount. The £50pp discount is not included in website prices and will be deducted after booking.
