Take your time to explore the green heart of Italy on this ten day tour past undulating landscapes, green mountains and hilltop towns. Take optional rest days when you need them and be prepared for gentle inclines with astounding views – Umbria’s blue lakes and burnt orange sunsets look even more beautiful from a hilltop. Each place you’ll visit holds unique appeal, from the interlocked stone houses of Spello to the isolated tower at Torgiano.

A region rich in culture, look forward to shopping for handicrafts in bustling market towns and enjoying antipasti in authentic bars. As you pedal through green valleys and wind past vineyards, olive groves and cypress-topped hills, you’ll visit palaces and mountain monasteries. Assisi is a vibrant town to start your tour in and the perfect place to sit on a sunny terrace and reward yourself with a glass of local wine and bowl of fresh pasta on the final day.
