During the first week of this exciting tour you will cycle from the mountain city of Bolzano to Venice's famous canals and bridges via the glistening shores of Lake Garda. Touring through Veneto’s green landscapes, you’ll bike along riverside paths, picturesque tracks and quiet country roads with a backdrop of mountain peaks. Cooling off in Lake Garda’s clear waters makes a welcome halfway treat and taking a break in Verona to see the pink-hued streets and Roman Arena is very enjoyable.

On your second week, cycle from the islands of Venice, where you can experience a Vaporetto ride, and ride across green plains towards the Julian Alps. Cycle pass blue lagoons and sparkling rivers, Roman towns and historic fishing huts, plus one of Northern Italy’s most important archaeological ruins. Slovenia’s top beach resorts, historic salt mines and wildlife-rich wetlands are something to look forward to towards the end of the tour and the Croatian town of Porec is a lively place to finish.
